The questions everyone thinks but nobody asks. We answer them here.
1Will Caugia contact my client directly?
Only for product-related communication: assessment links, report delivery, billing, and support tickets. We do not pitch, upsell, or market to your referred clients. Product communication only: assessment links, report delivery, billing, support.
2Who owns the client relationship?
You own the advisory relationship. Caugia provides the product and infrastructure. We do not recruit your clients directly. If a referred client contacts us for expansion, your attribution and commission remain intact.
3Can I white-label GRIP OS?
Not currently. You can present the diagnostic as part of your consulting methodology (“I use GRIP OS as my diagnostic foundation”), but the product, branding, and delivery remain with Caugia. We are open to co-branding arrangements for partners with 10+ active referrals. Contact [email protected] to discuss.
4What if the client was already in the Caugia orbit?
If the client already had a Caugia account or made a purchase before clicking your referral link, you do not earn commission on pre-existing purchases. If they click your link and make a new purchase, you earn commission on that new purchase. If attribution is genuinely ambiguous, we default to the partner. Our intent is to resolve ambiguity in favor of the partner where possible.
5What if two partners refer the same client?
First-touch wins. The first partner whose referral link the client clicked (within the 90-day window) gets full attribution. No splitting. If both partners have a legitimate claim and the situation is genuinely ambiguous, we review on a case-by-case basis and communicate transparently with both parties before making a decision.
6Can Caugia change the commission rate?
The tiered commission structure (20% Starter, 25% Growth, 30% Elite) is locked for all clients you refer while the current terms are in effect. Founding Partners earn a lifetime +5% boost on every tier (25/30/35%). If we ever change the tiers, it applies only to new referrals made after the change. Your existing referred clients remain at the rate they were earned at for the lifetime of their subscription. We will give 90 days written notice before any rate change takes effect.
7Can I see the GRIP data of my client?
No. Client diagnostic data is private by default. If you are working as a consultant with the client, ask them to add you as a workspace member from within their GRIP OS account. Partners see referral statistics and commission data in their partner dashboard, not client diagnostics. This is a deliberate design choice to protect client trust.
8Do I need technical skills?
No. The client takes the assessment. The system generates the report. GRIP OS handles the scoring engines, connectors, and analysis. Your value is in the advisory relationship: understanding the business of the client well enough to interpret the results and recommend the right next step.
9What happens if a client cancels?
Your recurring commission stops when the subscription stops. There is no clawback on previously paid commissions. If the client reactivates later, your commission resumes automatically as long as your attribution is still active.
10Can I use GRIP OS with my own clients as a consulting tool?
Absolutely. Many partners run GRIP diagnostics as the foundation of their consulting engagements. You deliver measurable value to your client and earn commission at the same time. The diagnostic positions you as the advisor who brought clarity, not just another vendor.
11Is there a minimum number of referrals?
No minimum. Refer one client or fifty. You start at 20% (Starter) and progress to 25% (Growth) and 30% (Elite) as you close more deals. Founding Partners earn an additional 5% on every tier for life. Terms are in the partner agreement.
12Is there volume pricing?
For portfolio deals (5+ companies), contact [email protected]. We can discuss custom arrangements for high-volume partners, including bulk pricing and dedicated support.
13What support do partners receive?
Every approved partner gets: a 1-on-1 onboarding call, a full GRIP OS demo workspace with sample data (NovaPay), access to the partner resource library (pitch deck, brand assets, this FAQ), and direct email support at [email protected] with a 24-hour response commitment.
14What marketing materials can I use?
Use the Partner Pitch Deck, brand assets, and refer clients to caugia.com. Do not create materials that imply Caugia endorses your consulting services without written permission. If you want to co-market, contact us first.
15Can I refer other partners?
Not currently. The partner program is for direct client referrals only. If this changes, existing partners will be the first to know.
16What does Caugia handle vs. what do I handle?
Caugia handles: product delivery, billing, technical support, commission payouts. You handle: referral conversations, client advisory, constraint review, positioning. Think of it as: we build and run the diagnostic engine. You provide the advisory relationship and business context.
17What does scaling to 10+ clients look like?
Your partner dashboard shows all referrals and commissions in one view. Each client has their own workspace. You do not manage their accounts. Your monthly rhythm is: check dashboard for new activity, follow up on completed assessments, schedule constraint review calls with active clients. Time investment: ~4-6 hours per month for a 10-client portfolio. Contact [email protected] if you are managing 10+ clients. We offer dedicated partner support for larger portfolios.
18What is the Founding Partner program?
A program for the first 10 consultants who help shape how Caugia partners ship work. Founding Partners earn a lifetime +5% boost on every tier (Starter 25% / Growth 30% / Elite 35%), receive 5,000 free Sophie credits per month for their own consultancy work, get a dedicated Slack channel with Tom, will be named on partners.html, get early access to new modules (GEO/AEO and beyond), and may use a Founding Partner badge on their materials. Slot count is fixed at 10. There is no expiration once awarded.
19How does the €250 first-deal bonus work?
Complete your first deal within 30 days of partner sign-up and earn a one-shot €250 cash bonus on top of standard commission. The bonus is paid out with the first commission run after the deal qualifies. One bonus per partner.
20Which verticals can I serve as a Caugia partner?
The Caugia partner program covers all four product verticals: B2B SaaS, DTC and eCommerce, Fintech B2B, and Professional Services. You earn the same commission (20% / 25% / 30% based on tier, plus +5% lifetime as Founding Partner) regardless of which vertical your client buys for. A DTC specialist and a SaaS specialist receive identical economics.
21What is the AI Answer Market? NEW
GRIP OS now scans ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Perplexity, Grok, and Mistral weekly to measure how AI systems represent the brand of your client. It scores AI visibility (0-100), tracks Share of Voice vs competitors, identifies citation gaps, and generates diagnostic insights. This is included at no extra cost. Use it as a door-opening sales tool: run a scan for a prospect, show them their score, and let the data sell GRIP OS for you.
22Can I run an AI visibility scan for a prospect?
Yes. Fill in the truth profile of the client (brand, category, competitors, use cases) in their workspace Settings, then click “Run Analysis Now.” Results appear on the Intel page within minutes. Use this as a free quick-scan for prospects. Show them the score and gaps, then recommend GRIP OS Core or Full based on what the diagnostic surfaces. Do not push Full if Core solves the problem.
23How does AI Answer Market compare to standalone GEO/AEO tools?
Standalone tools like Otterly ($99-530/mo) and Profound ($200-530/mo) measure Share of Voice and citations. GRIP OS does the same but adds: visibility gaps that flow directly to GTM constraints, diagnostic insights with specific actions, integration with the Monday brief, and Sophie (the AI advisor) who can explain the results. All included. No extra cost. That is a $200-500/mo value included in every GRIP OS workspace.
24Does the GTM Intelligence Pulse count for commission? NEW
Yes. The Pulse is a €249 one-time SKU that earns standard commission at your current tier rate (Starter 20%: €49.80; Growth 25%: €62.25; Elite 30%: €74.70; Founding Elite 35%: €87.15). Same recurring/upgrade logic as the Intelligence Report applies. If your Pulse buyer later upgrades to the Intelligence Report or to a Core/Full subscription, you continue earning at your tier rate on every step.
