The exact process from first referral link to paying subscriber. No guesswork.

Step-by-Step

Share your referral link

Send your unique link (caugia.com?ref=YOUR_CODE) to your client. They land on the homepage. A 90-day attribution cookie is set automatically. You own that email address for 90 days from the first click.

Client completes the GTM Intelligence Report

This is the entry point. ~35 minutes. 265 questions. The output is a 45-page diagnostic report covering GRIP scores across 72 scoring engines, binding constraint identification, financial leakage quantification, and a 90-day resolution plan. This is the entry point. The diagnostic creates the context for everything that follows.

Review results together

This is where you earn your position as advisor. Walk through the report with your client and focus on three things: the binding constraint, the leakage number, and the first 3 recommended actions. Do not try to cover all 45 pages. Focus on what matters most and what they can act on immediately.

Recommend GRIP OS

After the report, the natural next step is ongoing constraint governance. Core (€799 / $895 / £695 per month) is for teams that want to self-manage constraint resolution with the connectors they actually use. Full (€1,495 / $1,695 / £1,295 per month) adds Sophie, the simulator, benchmarks, and deeper analytical capability. Let the diagnostic results guide which tier makes sense. Do not push Full if Core solves the problem.

Expand over time

As constraints get resolved, new ones emerge. That is the nature of GTM systems. Clients who resolve their first binding constraint almost always find a second one worth addressing. Your role: stay close enough to recognize when a new assessment or an upgrade makes sense. You earn commission on every expansion.

This analysis is included in every GRIP OS workspace. Standalone tools charge $200-500/month for the same data.

“Buy for Client” Flow

You can purchase any product on behalf of your client. The client receives the assessment link directly from Caugia. Your role as the referring partner is not disclosed.

How it works:

  1. Go to any GRIP OS workspace and open the Shop.
  2. Check “Purchase for a client”.
  3. Enter the email address of the client.
  4. Complete payment. The receipt goes to you, not the client.
  5. The client receives the assessment link at their email. They see only Caugia branding.
  6. Your commission is automatically attributed. No extra steps needed.

This is useful when you want to gift a diagnostic as part of a consulting engagement, or when the procurement process at the client would slow things down. You pay, they get the value, you earn the commission.

What Partners Should Do & Should NOT Do

DO

  • Lead with the leakage number after the report is complete
  • Let the report do the selling. It is more credible than any pitch
  • Position yourself as the advisor who brought clarity, not the vendor
  • Follow up within 48 hours of report completion
  • Offer to walk through results together on a call

DO NOT

  • Do not oversell before the diagnosis. You have no evidence yet
  • Do not share your commission rate with the client
  • Do not promise specific revenue outcomes
  • Do not present GRIP OS as your own tool (unless you have co-brand approval)
  • Do not skip the report and push straight to an OS subscription

Monthly checklist for active partners:

  • ☐ Follow up with leads who completed the assessment but have not purchased OS yet
  • ☐ Schedule constraint review calls with active OS clients
  • ☐ Share referral link in 2-3 conversations or LinkedIn posts
  • ☐ Review commission statements (available by 10th of each month)

Time investment: 2-4 hours/month for a partner with 5 clients. 4-6 hours/month for 10+.
