Terms of Service

Last updated: May 2026

1. Agreement

By accessing or using the Caugia website (caugia.com) and its diagnostic products, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Caugia is operated by Caugia SASU, a company registered in France.

2. Services

Caugia provides Go-to-Market diagnostic products for B2B SaaS companies, including but not limited to:

  • The Free GTM Score
  • The GTM Intelligence Report
  • GRIP OS execution governance platform

3. Payments and cancellations

Paid products are billed as one-time payments or recurring subscriptions through Stripe. Subscriptions are billed in advance; cancellation stops future billing but the current paid period is not pro-rated. The GTM Intelligence Report is non-refundable once the report URL is generated. Top-ups are non-refundable but never expire on the workspace.

Caugia does not offer refunds on B2B SaaS subscriptions. EU Directive 2011/83/EU’s 14-day cooling-off applies only to consumers and does not cover B2B procurement (Article 16 also excludes digital content delivered with the buyer’s consent). If a report fails to generate or Caugia fails materially on a contractual commitment, contact us at [email protected] for personal review by the founder.

4. Intellectual Property

All content, frameworks, scoring engines, reports, and materials produced by Caugia are the intellectual property of Caugia SASU. Reports generated for clients may be used internally by the purchasing organization but may not be redistributed, resold, or published without written consent.

5. Data and Confidentiality

Assessment inputs and generated reports are treated as confidential. Caugia does not share individual company data with third parties. Aggregated, anonymized data may be used for benchmarking purposes. See our Privacy Policy for details on data handling.

6. Disclaimer

Caugia diagnostic reports are analytical tools based on self-reported data. They do not constitute financial, legal, or strategic advice. Caugia is not liable for business decisions made based on report outputs. Reports are generated deterministically from the inputs provided and their accuracy depends on the quality and completeness of those inputs.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Caugia SASU shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of its products or services. Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer for the specific product or service in question.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of France. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Compiègne, France.

9. Changes

Caugia reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via the website. Continued use of the services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
