Terms of Service
Last updated: 5 October 2026
1. Agreement
By accessing or using the Caugia website (caugia.com), including the booking page served from os.caugia.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Caugia is operated by Caugia SAS, a company registered in France.
2. Services
Caugia is the practice of Tom Meijer, fractional GTM operator for B2B SaaS companies. The services are:
- Fractional GTM engagements: Tom Meijer designs the go-to-market motion and runs it with the client’s team, one to three days a week, in ninety-day blocks, under a written scope agreed per company. Interim and freelance forms on request.
- There is no software product. The reading of the motion in the first weeks, the plan and the working documents are part of the engagement and carry no separate price.
3. Pricing, invoicing and refunds
Engagements are scoped and priced per company after a scoping conversation, written into the scope before the start, and invoiced per ninety-day block by Caugia SAS; payment terms are stated on the invoice. Nothing on this website is sold by card: there is no product to buy, only an engagement to scope. At day ninety the engagement continues, is handed over or stops; nothing renews by itself.
If Caugia fails materially on a contractual commitment, contact us at contact@caugia.com for personal review by the founder. EU Directive 2011/83/EU’s 14‑day cooling-off applies only to consumers and does not cover B2B engagements.
4. Intellectual Property
All content, frameworks, methods and materials produced by Caugia are the intellectual property of Caugia SAS. Working documents produced for a client (target lists, plays, funnel definitions, playbooks, weekly notes, plans) may be used internally by that client organization but may not be redistributed, resold, or published without written consent. Caugia’s methods, frameworks and templates remain the intellectual property of Caugia SAS.
5. Data and Confidentiality
Everything Caugia sees inside a client’s tools and everything a client shares with Caugia during an engagement is treated as confidential. Caugia does not share individual company data with third parties. Aggregated, anonymized data may be used for benchmarking purposes. See our Privacy Policy for details on data handling.
6. Disclaimer
The reading of the motion, the plan and the weekly notes produced in an engagement are working documents based on the data and the accounts the client’s team provides; their accuracy depends on the quality and completeness of those inputs. They do not constitute financial, legal or investment advice, and Caugia is not liable for business decisions taken on the basis of them. The number agreed in the scope is the measure the work is reviewed against, not a guaranteed outcome: results depend on the client’s team, market and execution.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Caugia SAS shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of its services. Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the engagement in question.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of France. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Compiègne, France.
9. Changes
Caugia reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via the website. Continued use of the services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
